Pricing questions

• Is there really a free plan?

  Yes. You can build up to 3 CVs every month and chat with your career coach without paying anything. No card required. If you need more, Plus is there when you're ready.

• What's included in Plus?

  Two things. Unlimited CV downloads (Free is capped at 3 a month), and Memory, where your coach remembers your experience across chats so each new CV is tailored faster. Everything else, including AI chat, all PDF templates and multi-document upload, is on the Free plan too.

• What's the difference between monthly and annual?

  The features are identical. Monthly is $5/mo with no commitment. Annual is $25/yr, which works out at about $2.08/mo, a saving of around 58% if you stick with it for the year.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancel any time from your billing portal. On monthly, you keep Plus until the end of the current month. On annual, you keep Plus until the end of the year you've paid for. We don't pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period, so there's nothing lost by deciding early.

• What happens to my CVs if I cancel?

  Nothing is deleted. Your account drops back to the Free plan, where you can keep all existing CVs and start up to 3 new ones each month.

• Do you offer refunds?

  If something's not working as promised, email us at dale.walden@careerbadger.io within 14 days and we'll sort it out. We don't offer refunds for change of mind once a billing period has started.

• Which currencies do you charge in?

  All prices on this page are in US dollars. Your bank will convert to your local currency at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
